Terms & Conditions
By purchasing, installing, or using any products or services provided by Ramp It Off-Road LLC (“Company”), you (“Customer”) acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Assumption of Risk
Customer understands and acknowledges that off-road driving, vehicle modification, and motorsports activities are inherently dangerous and involve significant risks, including but not limited to serious bodily injury, death, equipment failure, and property damage. Customer voluntarily and knowingly assumes all risks associated with the use, operation, and modification of their vehicle.
2. No Warranty; Use at Your Own Risk
All parts, installations, modifications, and services are provided “AS IS” and “WITH ALL FAULTS”, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Ramp It Off-Road LLC expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
3. Mandatory Inspection & Ongoing Responsibility Customer acknowledges and agrees that:
It is their sole responsibility to inspect their vehicle immediately upon pickup It is their sole responsibility to re-inspect the vehicle after each and every ride/use All components, including but not limited to suspension, steering, drivetrain, fasteners, and installed parts, must be routinely checked for looseness, wear, damage, or failure Off-road use causes accelerated wear and potential failure of parts at any time Failure to properly inspect and maintain the vehicle voids any responsibility of Ramp It Off-Road LLC.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ramp It Off-Road LLC shall not be liable for any damages of any kind, including but not limited to:
Personal injury or death Property damage Loss of use or enjoyment Loss of income or profits Mechanical or product failure This applies whether the claim is based in contract, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.
5. Installation & Modification Risks
Customer acknowledges that aftermarket parts and modifications: May alter vehicle handling, safety, and performance May fail under normal or extreme conditions May void manufacturer warranties Customer accepts full responsibility for all such risks.
6. Customer Responsibility
Customer is solely responsible for: Safe operation of the vehicle at all times Verifying all work performed meets their expectations before use Ongoing maintenance, torque checks, and inspections Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
7. Third-Party Products & Services
Ramp It Off-Road LLC is not responsible for defects, failures, delays, or damages related to third-party manufacturers, vendors, or products, even if supplied or installed by the Company.
8. Indemnification & Hold Harmless
Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ramp It Off-Road LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to:
The vehicle Any installed parts or services Customer use or misuse Any third-party claims
9. Full Release of Liability
Customer hereby releases, waives, and forever discharges Ramp It Off-Road LLC from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or liability of any kind, known or unknown, arising out of or related to any products or services provided.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Rhode Island.
11. Acknowledgment of Agreement
By purchasing services, accepting delivery, or using the vehicle after service, Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
