We have once again raise the bar making the lightest doors availible, weither its for drag racing or you are wanting the carbon fiber look these are the BADDEST doors on the market!
Our door frame is made from CNC bent aluminum tubing, TIG weld, aluminum 1/2″ spherical rod ends with bronze oilite bushings.
Each door skin is Made from 5 layers of 100% 2×2 twill Carbon Fiber and attaches to the aluminum door frames with aluminum dzus fastners.
Total weight for each door frame and carbon skin weighing in at appx. 5.6 lbs!
